Training without the noise
Axis Training combines structured workout programs with guided intervals and nutrition tracking in a single, focused experience.
Why we built this
Most fitness apps give you too many choices. Pick your split. Choose your exercises. Decide your rep ranges. Track everything.
That works for some people. But for many, it's exhausting. The mental load of planning becomes a barrier to actually training.
We wanted something different: an app where you open it, see today's workout, tap Start, and follow along with guided intervals. After training, log meals and track progress over time.
The approach
Five ready-to-go programs spanning beginner to advanced, bodyweight to dumbbells. Three training days per week with guided interval timers and voice cues. Over 150 exercises with form tips and mid-workout swaps. Plus nutrition tracking with three levels of detail — from calories only to full macros.
What the app does
Structured programs
Five programs — Roman, Viking, Ninja, Spartan, and Gladiator — each with its own style, equipment needs, and difficulty level. Or create your own.
Guided workouts
Full-screen workout player with visual countdown, work/rest indicators, and voice cues. Log weights during rest periods while it's fresh.
150+ exercises
Each with descriptions, form cues, and alternatives. Swap any exercise mid-workout for a recommended alternative without stopping.
Nutrition tracking
Track calories only, calories and protein, or full macros. Built-in food database, barcode scanner, favorites, and meal templates.
The idea
Combined training and nutrition in one app. Enough structure for consistency without overwhelming complexity.
"You show up. The app handles the rest."
