1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Axis Training ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Axis Training is an iOS fitness and nutrition tracking app. The App provides:

• Guided workout programs with interval timers and voice cues
• An exercise library with 150+ exercises
• Custom program creation
• Nutrition tracking with barcode scanning
• Workout history and progress tracking

All data is stored locally on your device. The App does not require an internet connection to function, except for barcode scanning.

3. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

• Always consult your physician or qualified health provider before starting any exercise program or making changes to your diet
• Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or discomfort
• The App does not guarantee any fitness or health results
• You are solely responsible for your own health and safety during exercise
• Calorie and macro calculations are estimates based on general formulas and may not be accurate for your individual needs
• Nutritional data from barcode scanning is sourced from third-party databases and may contain errors

By using the App, you acknowledge that you use it at your own risk.

4. Purchases and Pricing

Axis Training offers a free tier and a paid upgrade:

• Free trial: 7 days of full access from the date of install
• Free tier (after trial): Access to the Ninja bodyweight program and the guided workout player
• Pro unlock: A one-time in-app purchase that unlocks all programs, custom program creation, nutrition tracking, and full history — permanently

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. We do not process payments directly.

We reserve the right to change pricing for future purchases. Existing purchases are not affected by price changes.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple through the App Store. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. Your Data

All your data (workouts, nutrition, settings, profile) is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your data and cannot recover it if lost.

You are responsible for your own data. Deleting the App will permanently delete all your data. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, workout programs, exercise descriptions, and content, is the property of Axis Training and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to circumvent the App's purchase or trial mechanisms
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Redistribute or resell the App or its content

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axis Training shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, or loss of profits, arising from your use of the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
